Learn about shop floor management, including material flow, inventory control, and workstation organization. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards and production targets are met. Help in identifying and resolving minor production bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Maintain accurate production records, shift logs, and quality control documentation. Quality Inspection: Undergo training in using precision measuring instruments to inspect manufactured parts. Learn to conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure parts meet specified tolerances and quality criteria. Assist in identifying non-conforming parts and understanding root cause analysis.
